Guest Services Supervisor

World Class Game Lodge - Sabi Sands - Mpumalanga

The Guest Service Supervisor's role covers the day to day operations of the Lodge. The role requires coordination of the guests stay, ensuring that from arrival

to departure they experience an authentic and memorable time. This will include hosting meals, orientation of the lodge and the rooms

on arrival, booking activities, making the guests feel comfortable and to ensure their stay is one they’ll remember.

South African Citizen

Preferably 2 years experience in 5 Star Establishments

Hotel or Tourism School (or similar qualifications)

Hosting experience ie. maître, waiter, barman

Wine knowledge (not essential)

English speaking, fluent in written English

Driver’s License essential

Salary R 8 000 including accommodation.
