Our client in the gaming industry requires the services of a suitably qualified, well-motivated and results driven candidate to take up the role of a Guest services Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure that company policies that govern guest services are
strictly adhered to closely monitor guest services operations to identify and
quickly resolve control and compliance issues
Work closely with security to monitor and manage possible risk
areas
Maintain effective systems in the guest services
Maintain stock control and asset management
Resolve escalated customer disputes by balancing customer
satisfaction, business and regulatory demands
Build positive face to face relationships with customers
Meet the expectations of internal customers in terms of
service level agreements
Bring out the best in their teams through confident and caring
leadership
Ensuring accuracy of daily cash ups, banking, reconciliation etc
Produce accurate and reliable daily and monthly reports

Qualification and Experience required

Matric

At least five years’ experience as a manager and / or in a similar environment
