Guest Services Manager

Leading Hotel seeks a guest services manager who has at least 2-3 years hospitality experience, experience managing staff (20-30 people) and a related qualification.
Duties will include special events and tours, checking and guests and ensuring their requirements are being met and occasionally dining with and entertaining guests.
