A Degree/Diploma with 5 years minimum experience in a unionised and industrial environment. Must have very strong IR/Employee relations and Union related experience. Solid skills with some form of HR Information system as well as MS Office. A high level of communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a very pressurised environment.
