Qualifications
• Matric
• HACCP Certification
• Health and Safety
• Environmental Practitioner

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Must have ISO 2000 experience and HACCP audits
• Must come from food environment with at least 5 years experience in both roles
• Must be very proactive
• Looking for someone with a very strong personality that will go into the factory and push hard

Duties
• Staff and contractor management: Develop work environment that improves productivity, ensure pest control are effective, re act to non-
conformance and any food safety risks
• HACCP/GMP/QMS/ISO 2000: manage and maintain the Quality Management system, ensuring Quality Assurance compliance objectives and
targets are achieved, managing and implementing quality controls, ensure product produced is 100% Food Safe
