HR & PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED - EAST RAND

Duties and Responsibilities:
Inputting of data into the system • Manage employee payslips • Manage employees UIF and PAYE • Manage the entire payroll system • Manage employee contracts, leave forms and sick leave forms • Adhoc administrative duties • Maintain and manage all record keeping responsibilities • Manage various HR related functions • HR budgets and assisting the business to reduce expenses and increase revenue. • Industrial Relations. • Performance Management. • Remuneration and Reward Practices. • Personnel Administration. • Effective employee management. • Facilitation of staff wellness & employee benefits. • Statutory Reporting – ie: UIF / WCA / SARS • HR Information Systems. • Operational Management • Payroll administration – weekly wages and monthly salaries / overtime • WSP and EE Reporting • Assistance with BEE Audits

Requirements:
Payroll experience • Sage VIP experience • Great administration skills • Attention to detail • Grade 12 • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management and Payroll Administration • Minimum 5 year’s HR experience • Previous in-depth knowledge and experience of employment law and HR practices for South Africa, having a solid track record in managing/advising on complex / sensitive legal issues as well as considering the impact of new legislation and devising new HR policies and procedures is essential. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels and cross functionality are essential.
