The successful incumbent must target driven and must be able to influence people to achieve targets.

Experience and Qualification:
• Grade 12
• Business Management Qualification
• 5 – 10 Management experience
• People Management experience
• Budgeting
• Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly forecasting
• Operational Planning
• Target Setting

Duties

The Successful incumbent will be responsible for implementing a smooth operational working environment for all stuff through conducting the following:

• Able to plan – short, medium and Long term
• Set sales target and ensure its properly communicated
• Implement marketing strategies
• Managing of Budgets
• Able to liaise the stakeholders
• People management (including Human Resource Management)
• Implementing proper measurement to purchase and manage stock
• Must be able to think and plan strategically
