Hardware Store Manager - Elukwatini:

• Grade 12 / Matric - non negotiable

• Tertiary qualification will be an advantage

• Hardware-, retail-, sales-, experience required

• Minimum 3 years store management experience

• Manage the store departments

• Minimize shrinkage to targets

• Receive, merchandise and despatch product

• Stock control to targets

• Store growth action strategy

• Recruiting and training of employees

• Procurement to targets

• Expense control to targets

• Implement strategies and specifications

• Customer Service Excellence

• Manage and control the inventory

• Fleet control and optimization

• Inspire, develop and manage staff within labour policies

• Organising and ensuring efficient daily trade

• Ensuring retail system integrity

Salary package:

R30,000 (depending on experience) + Medical Aid + Provident Fund + Bonus
