Requirements:
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar production environment
- Prior safety training experience
- Candidate must be numerically literate and fluent in English
- Must be physically fit

Responsibilities:
- Visual inspection of growth batches for quality and contamination
- Disconnect the correct batch of growth bags in preparation for harvesting
- Harvest batches of growth bags according to daily production plan
- Conduct general, non-technical maintenance of the harvesting equipment
- Ensure that the work are is clean and tidy at all times
- Report safety incidents and equipment malfunctions
- Complete production protocols and process orders accurately according to procedure
