Hatfield, Pretoria: PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATE / ADMITTED ATTORNEY
Minimum Requirements:
-Young Afrikaans speaking male aged approximately 25 - 30 years
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English
-Young, professional individual
-Matric / Grade 12
-LLB Degree completed and Admitted as an Attorney
-2 to 3 years post admission experience in Personal Injury Claims, Third Party Claims (against RAF) and General Litigation
-Detailed knowledge of applicable personal injury and RAF legislation
-Independently functional in litigation process, from handling of claim submission to High Court trials
-Computer literate
-Driver’s license and own vehicle
-To start 1 February 2018
Duties:
-Third Party Claims against Road Accident Fund and Personal Injury Claims
-Litigation Procedures, including High Court Litigation
-Drafting legal documents
-General attorney duties
Salary: R 20 000.00 gross (Depending on relevant experience) + performance bonus incentives
