 Requirements:

 The HCT quality assurance technician/ Officer is responsible to provide HCT services with the focus on rural villages and Point of Care(POC) CD4 count testing for all community based activities in Mopani district. Responsibilities include ensuring the smooth operation of Mobile HCT, availability of testing material, provision of high quality HCT, collection of statistics, and report writing. She/he will be supported by the Community Project Coordinator. 

• Enrolment with the SANC


• At least three years of experience working with PLWHA


• Trained and extensive experience in basic HIV counseling and testing


• Shown affiliation and passion with community-based activities


• Ability to speak Xitsonga and Northern Sotho (Sepedi)


• Experience with CCMT programs including PMTCT will be advantageous


• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are required


• Computer literacy


• Willingness to travel around Mopani District


• Valid driver’s license
