Direct and implement regional policies and procedures, budgeting, forecasting, and aspects of balance sheet management as directed by Group Treasury and effectively support the management of strategic projects (new markets and acquisitions) and regional projects including Finance Transformation.

Act individually or jointly with other management team members to enhance relationship with regional CFOs, MANCO and other stakeholders in order to deliver on the Bank's strategic intent across the existing 15 countries and new markets

A qualified accountant with 5 years or more experience in finance.

A strong communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills and experience of effective management of senior stakeholders.

Ability to effectively balance conflicting demands and to provide constructive challenge and feedback to business leaders.

Comfortable with change, demonstrable experience of continuous improvement and re-engineering initiatives.

Strong people leadership capabilities, with proven experience of building teams and developing talent.
