Buffet, a la carte service, Boma braai, plated service experience needed.
Fully computer literate
Head Chef is responsible for the management of the kitchen and taking complete responsibility.
Supervision and training of the kitchen staff in line with the Company Standard
Excellent guest relations skills required.
Management of cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen.
