Must have a formal culinary qualification.

3 - 4 years head chef or executive chef experience in a 5* Game Lodge

Will be responsible for 3 x kitchens at three lodges.

Strong stock control and budget experience.

Team player that can also interact with guests comfortably.

Well organized and creative.

Strong leader with ability to motivate kitchen staff.

Hygiene experience.

Single accommodation on site.

3 weeks on, 1 week off cycle.
