Description:
Intimate, up market game lodge in the Welgevonden Reserve, Limpopo. This close knit team caters to a maximum of 12 guests, providing personalized and outstanding customer service. They are looking for an experienced Head Chef to manage their culinary team at this Chaîne des Rôtisseurs accredited property.

The Head Chef will oversee menu planning, general kitchen management, stock control, ordering and quality control, as well as the execution of the elegant menu. All applicants must have at least 3 years of experience as a Sous or Head Chef, within a 5 star game lodge. Staff and kitchen management skills are essential, coupled with a Culinary Qualification from a recognized establishment. This position will suite an adaptable and consistent chef, with an understanding of and passion for the latest international food trends.
