Qualified/ experienced 5 Star Chef. 3+ years’ experience in a similar position. Bush lodge experience. Driver’s license, own transport. Hands on professional. 5 Star camp based North West Province require Head Chef- qualified and experienced at 4-5 Star level. Establish & motivate a team to create a wonderful Guest experience. Able to lead a team, produce creative menus, whilst maintaining high company standards. Will include- Menu Development, Staff Training, Meal Service, Stock Take, maintaining GPs, Kitchen Hygiene, implementing systems and procedures, Implementing and maintaining standards with GMs. Bushbuckridge Resident.
