One of Cape Town’s most progressive restaurant groups, operating very stylish and trendy outlets throughout town, is in need of a Head Chef to control and manage their chef brigade, and with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurants larger than 200-pax. The ideal individual must have completed a formal chef’s apprenticeship, followed by 2 - 3 years solid cooking experience and should be in a senior position for the past 2 years' already. Our client demands a high energy level and the willingness to work together with a modern-style management team. We are looking for candidates with innovative new ideas to constantly satisfy their client’s interest for international cuisine.
