Large lodge & with conference facilities is looking for a Head Chef . The candidate will be responsible for menus, management of all stock controls, food production, orders and stock takes. Maintain equipment and operational stock takes, hygiene standards, staff training and development, have an excellent knowledge of food and wine as well as be responsible for all administration associated with the position.Requirements: Matric and a relevant tertiary qualificationMust have at least 5 years relevant experience Please send a picture / food pictures and written references with your application.
