Looking for a qualified HEAD chef for a 5* property in Africa (closing date : 31 March 2017)

Skills and Experience:
Diploma or equivalent in related field
Related experience at senior management level of at least 6 years with emphasis on Conferences and Banqueting
Experience in menu engineering and food costing
Advanced working knowledge and understanding of all cooking techniques
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – client and staff relations
Effective dispute resolution, IR, performance appraisal and sound staff management skills.
Pre-opening experience essential
International experience of at least 5 years at a reputable 5 Star establishment essential
Creative and passionate about the industry
Fine dining experience, banqueting and restaurant.
Valid Passport and valid Police Clearance essential to be considered.

Good salary package including medical aid and live-in accommodation at the resort.
