The Lodge seeks a Head Chef to run a team of 3 chefs within its 22 bed establishment. This lodge runs a rustic yet creative menu with the emphasis on new ideas. A minimum of 3 years kitchen experience within a lodge is essential, and a solid track record within the industry. Candidates with a Cookery Diploma qualification will be preferred. All applications must have a driver s license. Training of staff and the ability to manage this team of chefs is imperative.
