Head Chef - Zambia

Eco friendly luxurious Game Lodges ( 2 ) in wildlife rich areas of South Zambia

4 - 5 years Head Chef experience in 5* Game Lodges required.

Overseeing and implementing the menus – being able to change menus with what is in season

Kitchen management of both camps and do training on new food items and oversee the chefs

Setting new menus as we like to change annually

Hands on Head Chef

Excellent Guest Relations & Communication skills required.

Excellent Staff Relations skills required.

Staff Training.

Guidance and meal planning are necessary skills

In charge of Morning tea, Brunch, Afternoon tea, Dinner & Bush Brunches

Must be well versed in different dietary requirements and know how to adapt menus accordingly.

Salary $ 1500 $ 2000 ( R 20 550 - R 27 400 ) including accommodation.
