5* Lodge located on a Private Game Reserve in the Eastern Cape close to Grahamstown is looking for a Head Chef. The candidate will be responsible for bush banqueting menus, management of all stock controls, food production, orders and stock takes. Maintain equipment and operational stock takes, hygiene standards, staff training, staff canteen menus, have an excellent knowledge of food and wine as well as be responsible for all administration associated with the position.Requirements: Matric and a relevant tertiary qualificationMust have experience in a similar role in a 5* Lodge / HotelMust be willing to live inPlease send a picture / food pictures as well as 2 written references with your application.
