We are looking for a strong candidate who has 2 or 3 years previous experience in a similar position within a lodge environment. You must have the ability to create healthy and creative dishes while also being knowledgeable and efficient with costings and budgets within the kitchen. You will assume full responsibility for the running of the kitchen and you will report to the Group Executive Chef and Lodge Management. Salary offered of R14,000 live in with meals provided.
