Head Chef Job – North West Province – 5***** Safari Lodge
Our client is a beautiful Safari Lodge situated in the North West province bordering Botswana with breath taking views of the Dwarsberg Mountains. They are currently looking for a head chef that is fun, positive and has a passion for food & beverage, The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for detail and a creative nature.
As ideal candidate you will have:

• Certificate/Diploma in culinary arts
• First rate culinary skills
• Solid knowledge of food safety
• Problem solving & organizational skills
• Strong leader & self-motivated
• 5 yrs experience in a similar position – lodge or hotel environment
• Must be able to create, implement and maintain new menu’s and standards

Salary Package:
• R15 000.00 to R17 000.00 all depending on experience
• Accommodation
• All meals
• Laundry
• 50% of company medical aid (discovery)
• Pension fund
• Work cycle - 6 weeks on, 2 week off
