HEAD CHEF REQUIRED IN KOMATIPOORT

Requirements:

• Relevant chef qualification is required
• Minimum 3 years Chef experience
• Must be experienced in menu presentation
• Must be computer literate
• Valid code 8 driver’s license and own transport

Duties (including but not limited to):

• Handle the day to day running of the kitchen, with hands on cooking and training of existing Team of Chefs.
• Menu planning, stock takes, health and safety and hygiene protocols
• Communicate with guests to ensure customer satisfaction and guest retention

Applicant must reside in KOMATIPOORT  or surrounding area.
