Upmarket Restaurant in the Kyalami area is looking for a Head Chef. Looking for individuals with 8+ years relevant chef experience and a formal cooking/culinary arts qualification. Experience in a high end a la carte Restaurant environment preferred. Must be able to assist in coordinating and managing kitchen operation. Main focus will be food preparation and food quality control. Looking for someone who is creative and has experience in tapas. Must be skilled in and informed of modern and latest food trends. Will also be responsible for stock management. Suitable applicants must be able to work under pressure. Salary R 18000 - 23000 K nett depending on experience.
