RedCat Recruitment is seeking a HEAD CHEF (LIVE-IN) for a private game lodge in the Limpopo Province.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 / Matric.
Computer literate (MS Office, Email & Internet).
English speaking (home language) (person must be able to speak, read and write English and Afrikaans competently).
Relevant qualifications ESSENTIAL!
Experience in a similar position ESSENTIAL!
Knowledge of stock rotation, menu planning, management of kitchen staff.
Strong leadership skills / presentation skills.
Will be responsible for ordering in the absence of Executive Chef.
Will be required to assist with special functions and conferences. Must be willing to work long hours / weekends / public holidays, etc.
Code 08 driver’s license is ESSENTIAL!

Salary package offered: R10 000-00 – R12 000-00 per month (live-in) + Provident Fund + Medical Aid
