What are the key responsibilities of the position?
- Overall kitchen management
- Staff Training
- Creative Menu Compilation
- Ordering and Stock controls etc.

What type of experience do we require?
- Min 3 years experience as a Sous Chef who has managed a kitchen before
- Game Lodge or Boutique Hotel experience beneficial
- Training in similar 5 star environment
- Experience dealing with guests

Which qualifications will secure this position?
- Professional Chefing Qualification from a recognized institution
- Matric
- Driver’s License and Vehicle
