Restaurant Group in Oman (UAE Area) is looking for a (South African) Head Chef with 4+ years experience. Applicants must have a Diploma or Hotel School qualification. Duties will include food preparation and running the kitchen operation. Strong staff management skills essential. Candidates must have the ability to manage stock and food cost. Only passionate & ambitious candidates will be considered. R 16000 - 18000 depending on experience. Must have a valid passport.
