Chef's Qualification with 5 years experience at 5* Game Lodges required.

Management of all stock control, stock rotation, orders & stock takes at lodge

To be innovative and able to work unsupervised and under pressure

Producing Fabulous Food

Strict food costs & continued cost cutting initiatives with local suppliers.

Well maintained equipment & operational stock takes on all kitchen equipment.

Good interaction/communication with Lodge Manager and fellow staff

Good discipline and fair treatment: Chef to be a Role Model

Good waste management skills

To enhance the current menu and implement a 6 day menu

Great Bush Banqueting, drink stops, bush breakfast and other bush experience

Responsible for training chefs, implementing & maintaining kitchen standards

Valid un-endorsed SA driver’s license essential.

Standard of your work must exceed the standard of the company

Good organisational ability and Lateral thinking

Must adhere to World Class Hospitality and Service Standards

Honest, have good integrity, proactive and driven person

Salary R 12 500 negotiable including accommodation with company benefits.
