Intimate and exclusive Lodge catering to discerning local and international guests. Join an up-market, award-winning lodge in a senior management position. Be part of a national hospitality group, with properties countrywide with room for growth within the group. The Head Chef will oversee menu planning, general kitchen management, stock control, ordering and quality control, as well as the execution of the elegant menu. All applicants must have at least 3 years of experience as a Sous or Head Chef, within a 5 star game lodge. Staff and kitchen management skills are essential, coupled with a Culinary Qualification from a recognized establishment. This position will suit an adaptable and consistent chef, with an understanding of and passion for the latest international food trends.
