A well-established wine farm based in Durbanville is re-staffing their restaurant and is looking for a Head Chef to join their kitchen team.

Duties:
• Manage kitchen staff
• Developing menu offerings
• Forecasting supply needs and estimating costs
• Make sure the restaurant meets all sanitary and safety guidelines
• Creation of recipes and the preparation of advanced items
• Producing consistent and quality food
• Weigh in on patron complaints

Requirements:
• Matric
• Relevant Diploma
• Previous experience within a similar environment
• 3 to 4 Years’ experience in a similar role
• Prepared to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Must have own transport
• If possible, stay in close proximity to the farm
• Preferably non-smoker
• Knows how to run a large team
