Head Chef:

Salary: R14 500 pm

Main Functions:

• Planning menu for the hotel, restaurant etc.
• Planning the presentation details for different dishes
• Adding new recipes
• Handling stocks and inventory
• Managing & training the kitchen staff
• Have knowledge about the nutrition in different foods, for making healthy & tasty food
• Have knowledge about the food safety and health guidelines
• Be calculative for maintain the record of kitchen expenses
• Have communication skills

Requirements:
• Experience in the same industry - min 2 years
• Must have experience in Hospitality
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management/Catering
• Vacation: 1 month paid leave after completing a one year
• Working Hours: 9 hrs including break
