4 years Head Chef & Country Club cuisine experience required

Qualification or experience in training

Overall management of the kitchen and scullery departments.

Experience of order & stock control.

Understanding of cost controls and budget lines

Hands on approach

Sensitive to cultural issues/ patient with team members

Ability to provide strong and supportive leadership to kitchen & scullery team

Excellent social and interpersonal skills

Ensure effective menu planning

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Administrative skills

Computer literate : MS Office

Strong Customer service orientation

Health & Safety working knowledge

Planning & organising skills

Salary R 23 000 - R 25 000 live / out.
