Skills and Duties

Mise en place
Stockcontrol and stock rotating
Assisting and controlling food costing and budget forecasting
Preparing stocks and sauces also portioning of meats and fish
Maintain a high level of standards and consistency
Daily ordering and stock taking at month end
Establishing a good relationship with suppliersInteracting with guests
Enforcing Kitchen Hygiene
Food presentation, plating and presenting
Processing invoice
sResponsible for logistical functioning of the kitchen
Training junior staff

Salary

R25k - R30k
