Head Chef

My client, a small catering company based in Epping is seeking a Chef to run a very busy kitchen.

Work hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm / Saturdays and after hours on request, depending on functions.

They cater for the following:
- Weddings
- Cocktail Parties
- Birthday Parties
- Product and Company Launches
- Corporate and Boardroom events
- Private Parties
- Buffets
- Gourmet Catering for any occasion

Requirements:

At least 5 - 8 years experience within the same role
Must have supervised staff
Must have a drivers license

Duties:

-Managing Kitchen staff
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes of a high standard (hot food)

-Quality Control

Salary: R12k

Must have the ability to work in a pressurised environment.
