Job Description
Ensure the profitable running of the kitchen operations
Menu Design and Costing
Create and monitor the service flow in the kitchen
Staff development and disciplinging
Stock control
Good Health and Safety practice
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyse and interpret general business publications, manuals or procedures.
Able to communicate on all levels in an efficient manner.
Skills, Qualifications, Knowledge
Applicable degree or qualification
At least 2 year's experience as Head Chef, managing kitchen operations
Strong leadership ability, well organised
Focused, Deadline driven
Able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays
