Job Description

• Manage 5 Client Concierge team members.
• Provide continuous on the job training and support to the team.
• Prepare and facilitate weekly team meetings.
• Report key information and updates to the Directors on a weekly basis.
• Identify core problems and propose solutions.
• Delight our customers by providing friendly and superb support by responding immediately to their queries via phone, live-chat and/or support software.
• Exceed customer expectations by resolving escalated order/delivery queries as quickly and efficiently as possible.
• Screening fraudulent transactions.
• Process and approve exchanges and/or refunds by working hand in hand with our Supply Chain team.
• Process EFT’s as a payment options for our customers.

Key Requirements

• Tertiary degree.
• 2-3 years management experience.
• Customer/hospitality services advantageous.
• Positive attitude, understanding and passionate about making people happy.
• Must be organized with good time management skills.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Full command of English.
• Confident with computers – Word and Excel.
