A Wine farm in the Franschhoek area seeks to employ a Head Creditors Accountant for a group of companies.

Requirements:

Tertiary  qualification in Finance   -Degree or Financial Diploma

4-5 years experience

Computer literate ( specifically MS Word & Excel, Navision will be an advantage

Must have own transport

Duties include:

Invoice processing

Creating new assets on the system and ensure the correct purchase process for assets

Weekly cashflow

Overseas payments

Update project reports and expenditure

Reconciliations for each supplier

Ensure that payments are processed within the correct time line / deadline

Keeping record of all insurance claims

Dealing with payment queries  from suppliers , follow up on outstanding documentation

Ensure that departments adhere to the purchase procedure

Oversee creditor department

Assist financial manager with reports

Salary: R18 000 to R22 000 Cost to Company (based on experience)

Start date : Mid July 2017
