To formulate, develop and execute Human Resources strategy, policy and procedures in line with company overall strategy and business plan; To help build a sustainable organisation that clearly values develops and empowers its people and which positions company as an employer of choice in the financial services industry.

Experience and Education Background

• Approximately 16 years in Human Resource Management Field, with at least 10 years in a Senior Management role
• People management and development qualification;
• A Master’s level qualification would be an advantage
