Our client is searching for a Head Group Marketing and Communications who will be responsible to formulate, develop and execute Marketing and Communications Strategy both internally and externally.

Key performance areas:
Business plans and strategies:
• Run workshops, discussion groups and planning sessions to clarify the organisations strategic marketing and communications direction
• Develop and implement the organisations marketing and communications strategy to support the business at both operational and strategic levels
• Ensure ongoing market research and information gathering results in a clear understanding of the position of the organisations in the financial services sector
• Plan and schedule marketing and communication interventions
• Provide leadership to management in Marketing and Communications best practices and strategic business alignment
• Create a clear line of sight from Marketing and Communications actions to the value they create for Stakeholders
• Prioritise Marketing and Communications practices according to those that yield the most value

Manage Marketing and brand performance in the financial services sector:
• Design and implement a performance management programme for all levels of marketing and branding activities
• Ensure key performance indices and required outputs support strategy and business plans
• Conduct annual as well as ongoing brand and market positioning surveys and reviews
• Review and refine marketing and communication strategies in line with internal and market findings and feedback
• Review performance data and trends and ensure the marketing and branding strategy is cost effectively managed

Requirements:
• Marketing & Communications Degree or Diploma
• A Masters Level qualification would be an advantage
