Must have 5 years’ experience in 5 star lodges, will be expected to run a department of 6 other guides, plus trackers. You will be expected to conduct games drives and walks daily, this is a busy lodge and you can drive every day of a 6 week cycle. We are also a child friendly lodge, and you may also be required to take children activities. We are looking for some a self-motivated person, willing to motivate and get the best out of your team, you must be a responsible person that will take account of the guides and ensure their paper work is up to date, must be able to do monthly reports for the GM.
