Your key job responsibilities as the Head of AD Operations in Johannesburg will include:

- Monitoring workflow, ensuring tasks and issues are dealt with according to business priorities
- Acting as a non – technical / operational escalation point for the digital team , paid media and other operations teams across several businesses
- Line management of Ad Ops team consisting of currently 1 ad ops specialist
- Ensuring correct and efficient processes are in place and are followed as well as timelines managed
- Ensuring that any brief is met and compliance requirements are met
- Ensuring any client specific requirements/best practices are used
- Maintaining the relationship between Ad Ops and client teams to ensure expectations are understood and achieved
- Manage relationships - Making sure our customers (internal and external) are happy and there is understanding
- Reporting and presentations
- Manage deadlines for the digital team
- Manage design priorities and outsourced design partners

Requirements for this Head of AD Operations job in Johannesburg:

- Strong experience in a digital traffic/project management environment
- In-depth knowledge of digital channels and familiarity with navigating Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager. Double Click and other digital channels a plus
- Degree level education
- Proven ability to deal with a fast moving operations team and the ability to prioritise tasks flexibly to hit business objectives and to maintain internal relationships
- Good at building relationships – a creative problem solver
- Customer service expert
