As Head of Creative & Strategy, you will lead a team of Brand Strategists, Graphic Designers, Social Media Managers and New Innovation project teams to create inspiring and meaningful connections.

You will be required to convert your skills and knowledge and implement innovative brand strategies and concepts. It’s your duty to create and sustain meaningful narratives in stimulating ways by connecting brand aspirations with bespoke solutions. You will actively promote new ideas, methods, technology and strategies that will grow the team and our service offerings.

You will be based at our Cape Town office and will regularly partner with our Sales team to deliver exceptional brand solutions to our clients.

• Creativity: New ideas for branding, advertising campaigns and marketing messages.

• Decision-making: Approve final copy, final art and brand strategies.

• Presentation: Able to present and capture your audience to believe in your strategic solutions.


MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Solid experience in Brand Strategy with clear understanding of social media and graphic design
• At least 3 years’ experience as a creative/art director at an agency
• Experience in FMCG space will be an advantage
• Willingness to travel
