Requirements:
- Civil Engineer from a premium institute (Post graduation in Structural Engineering or
Transportation or Bridge Engineering is Desirable)
- Above 20 years of which at least 5 years should be in Senior Managerial position.
- Preferably worked in Africa in relevant area of work.
Job Description
Supervise design calculations, specifications, drawings and other documents which meet specified EPC contract requirements.
Monitor preparation detail project Report (DPR) for tender.
Able to produce Pre-BID design and Bill of quantities and method
In-depth Knowledge of scope of structural engineering design(such as types of bridges and other structures, geotechnical, foundations, hydraulics etc
Extensive understanding of structural construction practices and costing procedures.
Responsible for design checks for quality and compliances.
Resolve design related site issues.
Supervise preparation of reports for bidding purposes.
