A vacancy exists for Head of Finance and Administration at our Client’s national offices in Westlake, Cape Town.

JOB OVERVIEW:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and securing of all internal services for the organisation’s South African office (finances, administration, personnel and IT). Furthermore, the Head will be responsible for developing and implementing finance-related and administrative business strategies and goals contributing to the Organisation’s annual plan and strategies for 2025.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Finance
• Budgeting and reporting for cost centre according to the required budget and reporting processes
• Planning and controlling of the budget process for the South African office according to the VP-I processes
• Accounting, preparing and inspecting of receipts for the external accountant
• Cost accounting at country level
• Managing of bank and insurances matters

Administration
• Administrative processes in the office to ensure smooth business operation
• Contracts/legal documents management
• Facility management

Personnel
• Fulfilling of all national personnel administration affairs in cooperation with VP-I personnel department
• Coordination with South African line management to ensure the implementation of all personnel policies

IT
• Support of the implementation of all IT-applications in the country

REQUIREMENTS:
• Appropriate Financial degree
• Experience in Finance Administration
• Experience in a managerial position
• Previous experience with authorisations
