1. Main Purpose
• To co-determine the long-term strategic objectives of the business in ensuring business growth through directing and managing business operations activities to ensure these are delivered in accordance with the organisational strategy
• To plan, direct and manage the performance of the division's operations, as dictated by the overall strategy agreed by Manco / Exco / Board, so as to maintain and develop business growth in accordance with the agreed business strategy
• To co-determine the financial strategy is in line with the business strategy and implement all processes, procedures, policy documents and governance frameworks to fulfil this mandate in accordance with our clients standards and practices
• To be the custodian and thought leader on all matters related to Governance, Risk and Compliance
