Your key job responsibilities for this Head of Finance job in Johannesburg will include all of the partnership’s financial and management accounting and reporting, including the audited accounts of the firm itself and its 3 AIFs. Preparing and submitting all regulatory returns. You will be responsible for monitoring, reporting and developing operational risk awareness for both the business itself and its investment activities. The exposure of the job will be very evident alongside the statutory responsibilities for the auditors will need to work with the COO in dealing with all the matters in regard to due diligence from potential investors
