8 years’ post-articles experience

All aspects regarding Financial and Business Management

Business transactions – new ventures, alignments, acquisitions etc.

Fiduciary duties

Production and Export industry exposure

Project Management

Job Description:

This role was created to step in on group level and take ownership of the finance structure within the entity

The position will include:

Developing and driving the organization’s financial strategy

Overseeing all financial processes bearing in mind regulatory and business requirement

Collating and interpreting financial data for reporting to management and the board

Analysing perspective business opportunities and compiling business plans

Executing fiduciary tasks to support or stand in as company secretary
