A minimum of 8 years’ post-articles experience in a commercial role

All aspects regarding Financial and Business Management

Business transactions experience

Fiduciary duties

Production and Export industry exposure

Job Description:

This is a senior role that will be reporting to the MD and operate on Board level. Personality and culture fit is very important and will have to compliment impeccable technical skills and business acumen. This company is based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.

The position will include:

Developing and driving the organization’s financial strategy

Overseeing all financial processes bearing in mind regulatory and business requirement

Collating and interpreting financial data for reporting to management and the board

Analysing perspective business opportunities and compiling business plans

Executing fiduciary tasks to support or stand in as company secretary
